Finish cost rates (USD/kg and USD/sqm). Drives a key component of the list price formula โ the finish cost is what turns a profile's weight and area into money.
Where this is used: aluminium list price = (sqm/pc ร finish_sqm + kg/pc ร finish_kg) / (1 โ product margin), plus freight. A finish with no rate leaves every product carrying it unpriceable, which is why the MOQ and rate columns are never blank on an active finish.
