Per the JIL Stock & Reservation Approval policy. Triggers when a salesperson, QS or PE attempts to reserve material in a controlled category. The aluminium master, finish list and length are auto-checked to decide whether approval is required.

Trigger: Total quantity ≥ 200 pcs · OR Client is MNC

Trigger: Reservation in T003 (Anodized Bronze #3.0) · T009 (Anodized Bronze #3.5) · T005 (Anodized Black #5)
Section B checklist (7 questions): Colour code · win rate · purchase value · finish confirmed? · spec confirmed? · order date · ETA on site

3.3 Non-Standard Length
Trigger: No approval if ALL three: System ∈ {X-Series, Summit} · Colour ∈ {Mill, Y001, T012, T019} · Length ∈ {3.6mL, 4mL, 4.3mL}
