Freight rate matrix by destination ร shipping mode, plus the mode-of-shipping maintenance the list price engine reads. Rates are per kg except FCL, which is per container-equivalent.
The freight component of a list price is margin-uplifted separately from the product: (kg/pc ร freight) / (1 โ freight_margin). Changing a lane rate therefore moves every list price that ships on it, which is why the margin code is shown on the lane and not buried in the engine.
